KenT Tells Feds: Epstein Didn’t Suicide – Mexico Evidence Proves It

This is a chain of ProtonMail emails from August 2019 (sent via mobile) involving sender “KenT” (identified in Epstein-related DOJ releases as Kenneth Darrell Turner, an Air Force veteran and self-described investigator/informant with some form of “deputization” in Mexico).

The thread, part of recently released Epstein files (around 2025–2026 batches from the DOJ and House Oversight), connects personal tragedy to unverified allegations of a child sex trafficking ring in Mexico involving Jeffrey Epstein and Richard Marcinko (founder of SEAL Team Six).

  • Earliest (July 30, 2019): KenT emails a recipient (likely tied to NYPD/FBI task force, redacted as “(NY) (OGA)”) confirming a phone number and planning a test call to include “Jorge” (a Mexican law enforcement contact) for discussion.
  • July 30–August 6, 2019: Follow-ups confirm interest (“Yes”) and reference ongoing investigative work on Marcinko and Epstein, including uncovered videos/photos of the two together in Mexico (implying sex parties or abuse involving minors).
  • August 5, 2019: KenT reports his nephew, Logan Turner, was shot and killed in the Dayton, Ohio mass shooting the previous evening (August 4, 2019). He rushes home to family while noting investigative progress on Marcinko/Epstein, plus a recent incident where U.S. embassy security stopped and searched his partner’s car in Mexico for the evidence (videos/photos), claiming she couldn’t leave with it—suggesting suppression.
  • August 6, 2019: The recipient offers condolences for the nephew.
  • August 10, 2019 (final email, hours after Epstein’s death): KenT replies: “Just heard about Epstein. Based upon what we have discovered here and who was involved here in Mexico we don’t believe it was suicide. When you have 5 minutes you need to listen to what we have as evidence.” This expresses disbelief in Epstein’s official suicide ruling (determined by multiple investigations as suicide on August 10, 2019, at MCC in New York).

Overall Story Context: Turner claimed to be working with Mexican authorities (including “Jorge”) and a former South African law enforcement official on a child sex ring probe. He alleged Marcinko was in custody in Mexico City for related charges, with video evidence of Epstein (and others) engaging in sex acts with minors (some possibly U.S. citizens).

He reported interference by U.S. embassy security to seize evidence. FBI documents (e.g., leads forwarded to Legat Mexico City in October 2019) followed up on Turner’s tips/hotline calls but appear to have found no substantiation—no public record confirms Marcinko’s arrest/conviction in Mexico, and claims remain unverified allegations in the files. Turner (who died in 2025) tied this to broader Epstein networks, but official probes (including DOJ reviews) have not corroborated murder/cover-up theories or produced charges from these specific leads.
