Little Saint James is a small private island in the United States Virgin Islands, southeast of Saint Thomas.
It was owned by The Jewish financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein from 1998 until his death in 2019.
When MOSSAD executed him in a jail cell and made it look like a hanging. During Epstein’s ownership, the island acquired the nickname Epstein Island. The Island has now been Purchased by a billionaire in 2023.
In May 2023, billionaire Stephen Deckoff, founder of Black Diamond Capital Management, purchased two private islands in the U.S. Virgin Islands—Little St. James and Great St. James—previously owned by the infamous Jeffrey Epstein.
The islands, acquired for $60 million, represent a significant discount from their initial $125 million asking price when they were listed in March 2022. Deckoff, who has lived in the U.S. Virgin Islands since 2011, plans to transform the properties into a 25-room luxury resort, aiming to open it by 2025.
This development marks a new chapter for the islands, which had been tainted by Epstein’s criminal activities, including the sexual abuse of multiple women and minors, as detailed in various lawsuits and survivor accounts.
The purchase coincided with ongoing legal scrutiny surrounding Epstein’s legacy, notably the same day CNBC reported that JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon was scheduled for a deposition in late May 2023.
This deposition stemmed from civil lawsuits filed by the U.S. Virgin Islands and an Epstein accuser, alleging that JPMorgan benefited from Epstein’s sex trafficking operations, which were partly conducted on Little St. James. Epstein, a long-time client of the bank until 2013, had used the islands as a base for his illicit activities after purchasing Little St. James in 1998 for $7.95 million and Great St. James in 2016 for nearly $20 million.
Deckoff’s acquisition, while a business venture, also ties into a broader narrative of reckoning, as half the sale proceeds were designated under a prior settlement to support victims through a trust established by the U.S. Virgin Islands government.

Samuel Bronfman teamed up with Lewis Rosentiel, the owner of Schenley Products Company, which later grew into one of North America’s biggest liquor empires.
Rosenstiel maintained a tight bond with the FBI, forging a personal connection with J. Edgar Hoover, the agency’s longtime director. In 1957, he appointed Hoover’s trusted deputy, Louis Nichols, as vice president of his Schenley empire.
At lavish gatherings, Rosenstiel orchestrated events featuring “boy prostitutes” hired for the pleasure of select attendees—key government figures and notable players in America’s criminal underworld. These affairs laid the groundwork for what would later be recognized as “blackmail parties.”
Bronfman and Rosenstiel rose to immense power and linked up with the infamous mobster Meyer Lansky. How Did The Deep State Start? Blackmailing Politicians?
Meyer Lansky maintained strong connections with both the CIA and U.S. military intelligence. Throughout World War II, he collaborated with Naval intelligence alongside his partner Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel in a secretive effort known as “Operation Underworld,” a mission the government kept under wraps, denying its existence for more than four decades.
This network grew highly effective at blackmailing politicians and influential figures, compelling more individuals to become part of its web. Among them was FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. Similar to Rosenstiel, Hoover had a reputation for collecting compromising information on both allies and adversaries. Notably, Hoover had a tight bond with Roy Cohn, Donald Trump’s advisor, who was deeply tied to the Reagan White House, the CIA, the FBI, organized crime, and several individuals who would later be linked to Jeffrey Epstein.
Trump’s Lawyer? Mafia Liaison, Roy Cohn
The connection between Cohn and Rosenstiel resembled a warped father-son dynamic. In 1958, Susan Kaufman, accompanied by her then-husband Lewis Rosenstiel, attended one of these “blackmail parties,” which Cohn hosted at suite 233 in Manhattan’s Plaza Hotel.
During the 1960s, fame was the ultimate prize, and Roy Cohn craved to be immersed in it. He began frequenting the priciest, most exclusive hotspots and showing up at parties where he knew A-list celebrities and powerful politicians would be. It was during this period that Cohn forged ties with members of various New York mafia families. He emerged as the primary legal defender for La Cosa Nostra, the Italian mob, serving as a virtual “get out of jail free” card for both the Gambino and Genovese crime families. Cohn not only shielded them but also thrust their members into the media spotlight, crafting an image that persuaded the public they couldn’t possibly be criminals.
In The Franklin Cover-Up, Cohn confessed to participating in a sexual blackmail scheme involving child prostitutes to entrap politicians, as recounted in a sit-down interview with a former detective:
“Cohn’s role was to handle the young boys. If you had an admiral, a general, or a congressman who wouldn’t play ball, Cohn would arrange the setup. Once they were compromised, they’d fall in line. He told me that himself.”
While it’s unclear how long the sex ring at the Plaza Hotel operated or whether it persisted after Cohn’s death from AIDS in 1986, Donald Trump acquired the Plaza Hotel in 1988. Buy at a Discount for the bad press? Or was there a connection?
Reports would later surface, corroborated by attendees at the time, claiming that Trump “would throw parties in suites at the Plaza Hotel during his ownership, where young women and girls were brought to meet older, wealthier men” and “illicit drugs and young women were freely circulated and exploited.”
Cohn described Donald Trump as his closest friend. He once told reporters that Trump called him 15 to 20 times daily, and according to Seymour’s notes, Trump was the final person to speak with Cohn over the phone before his death in 1986.
On May 2, 1983, a Testimonial Dinner was held at the Plaza Hotel to honor Roy Cohn, organized by the B’nai B’rith Banking and Finance Lodge, a group that laid the groundwork for the ADL (Anti-Defamation League). Roy Cohn’s father, Albert Cohn, had served as the long-standing president of B’nai B’rith’s influential New England-New York chapter, while Roy himself was a member of its Banking and Finance Lodge.
The event brought together key figures who would later shape what could be considered the early Epstein Network.

- Alan Greenberg – Leader of Bear Stearns and the one who brought Jeffrey Epstein into the fold.
- Rupert Murdoch – A key media supporter of the Casey-led propaganda campaign, Murdoch grew increasingly tight with the Reagan White House. This alliance paid off handsomely, as Reagan’s policies and favor enabled Murdoch to expand his U.S. media empire and launch the Fox Broadcasting Corporation in 1987.
- Ronald Lauder – Heir to the Estee Lauder cosmetics empire, President of the World Jewish Congress, U.S. Ambassador to Austria under Reagan, and a friend of Donald Trump since the 1970s. Lauder supplied Epstein with an Austrian passport under a false identity.
Donald Trump shared longstanding ties with both Lauder and Greenberg, the latter sparking his friendship with Epstein in 1987. Around the same time, Epstein forged his critical financial partnership with Leslie Wexner, another figure closely linked to Lauder.
This is the Trump, Epstein and Israel connection.
‘The Mega Group’ Elite Club
The Mega Group, established in 1991 by billionaires Charles Bronfman and Leslie Wexner, operated as a discreet coalition of wealthy individuals. It maintained ties with organizations like the World Jewish Congress, led in the past by Edgar Bronfman and currently by Ronald Lauder—both of whom are Mega Group members—and B’nai B’rith, notably through its offshoot, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). The Bronfman siblings, Edgar and Charles, were significant financial supporters of the ADL, with Edgar also holding the position of honorary national vice-chair for a number of years.
Members of the Mega Group have played influential roles in shaping the pro-Israel lobby within the United States. For example, Max Fisher, a Mega Group member, founded the National Jewish Coalition—now called the Republican Jewish Coalition—a prominent neoconservative pro-Israel lobbying organization known for advocating aggressive policies. Its current leading supporters, Sheldon Adelson and Bernard Marcus, rank among Donald Trump’s most significant financial backers.
Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, Robert Maxwell, forged a business alliance with Mega Group heavyweights Edgar and Charles Bronfman. In 1989, Robert Maxwell teamed up with Charles Bronfman to bid for ownership of the Jerusalem Post. The newspaper hailed them as “two of the world’s leading Jewish financiers,” noting their aim to enhance the Post’s reach and impact within global Jewish communities. Just a year earlier, Maxwell and Bronfman had also emerged as major shareholders in Teva, an Israeli pharmaceutical giant.
Victor Ostrovsky, a former Mossad case officer, claimed that the Israeli intelligence agency funded much of its European operations using money siphoned from the pension fund of Robert Maxwell’s newspaper empire.
According to Ostrovsky, Mossad accessed these funds shortly after Maxwell acquired the Mirror Newspaper Group, using financing provided by the agency itself.
Following revelations that Jeffrey Epstein avoided harsher sentencing in 2008 due to his connections to “intelligence,” attention turned to the Mossad links of Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, Robert Maxwell. This connection has fueled speculation that Epstein’s sexual blackmail scheme may have been feeding compromising material to Mossad.
Jeffrey Epstein maintained a long-standing friendship with Ehud Barak, a former Israeli Prime Minister with deep and enduring connections to Israel’s intelligence circles. This decades-long relationship has recently become a point of political contention, with Barak facing attacks as he campaigns against current Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the upcoming Israeli elections later this year.
Barak also shares a close relationship with Leslie Wexner, a key Mega Group member and Epstein’s primary benefactor. In 2004, the Wexner Foundation awarded Barak $2 million for a research initiative that remains vaguely defined. Barak has stated that he was first introduced to Epstein by Shimon Peres, another former Israeli Prime Minister, who spoke at Robert Maxwell’s funeral and had ties to the Bronfman family stretching back to the early 1950s.

In February 1974, Donald Barr, a former U.S. intelligence operative and father of William Barr, reveals his plan to step down as headmaster of Dalton at the close of the school year. Subsequently, he brings on Jeffrey Epstein to start teaching math and science the following September.
William Barr, the son of Donald Barr, held the position of United States Attorney General under both the George H. W. Bush and Trump administrations. He also spent time with the CIA from 1971 to 1977, a period that overlapped with Roy Cohn’s influential role as a key figure for the Mafia.
