Jeffrey Epstein Survivor, Teala Davies: “I Was Only 17”

Teala Davies, a courageous survivor of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse, first publicly shared her harrowing experience in 2019, describing how, at just 17 years old, she became what she called the “perfect victim.”

Alone, struggling, and in need of help after a difficult childhood that included homelessness, she was preyed upon by Epstein, who manipulated her into a position of complete vulnerability and dependency before sexually abusing and trafficking her across his properties for about a year.

In powerful statements delivered alongside attorney Gloria Allredโ€”including during a victim impact hearing following Epstein’s death and in a lawsuit against his estateโ€”Davies emphasized her youth and innocence, stating, โ€œI was only 17. I was the perfect victim. I was on my own, and I needed help. Jeffrey Epstein preyed upon me. He put me in a vulnerable and dependent situation and took advantage of me. I was only 17 years old. I was a little girl.โ€ Her testimony highlights the long-lasting trauma, including flashbacks and fear, while serving as an inspiring call for other survivors to speak out and seek justice against predators who exploit the vulnerable.
