Rep Thomas Massie Exposes UAE Sultan bin Sulayem as Epstein’s “Torture Video” Sender
Rep. Thomas Massie, a Republican congressman from Kentucky who has advocated for greater transparency in the Jeffrey Epstein files, recently claimed that the redacted sender in a notable 2009 email chain referencing a “torture video” was Emirati businessman Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, the chairman and CEO of the global logistics firm DP World.
Massie stated that after reviewing unredacted versions of the documents at the Department of Justice and applying pressure through his public posts on X, the DOJ made adjustments that he interpreted as a tacit admission of bin Sulayem’s identity in connection to the email.

In the correspondence, Epstein reportedly wrote to the recipient, “I loved the torture video,” with the sender’s name initially obscured in released versions, prompting Massie to criticize the redactions as improper since federal law prioritizes protecting victims’ information rather than that of alleged associates or correspondents.
