It appears to be an anonymous or pseudonymous tip (signed off by “Conchita” via BlackBerry from T-Mobile) that was forwarded to Epstein himself (or someone in his circle) and CC’d to others, including what seems to be an investigative agent and FBI Director Robert Mueller.

A 2009 tip email, forwarded amid early investigations into Jeffrey Epstein and recently resurfaced in document releases, alleges that his Zorro Ranch in New Mexico served as a key site in a child sex trafficking network.

The message claims the ranch, owned through the Zorro Trust and located close to the US-Mexico border, functioned as a primary point where most trafficked children were routed before being dispersed to the East Coast.

It further asserts that several high-ranking officials and Epstein associates confirmed he engaged in sexual relations with trafficked underage minors.

The tip also notes that Ghislaine Maxwell (in New York) and another associate were served legal papers the previous week, while two key witnesses in the Epstein files case had been “dispersed,” implying they were relocated or intimidated to hinder the investigation.

The ranch is situated approximately 200 miles north of the border near Stanley, New Mexico, not directly adjacent, Court documents show victim statements, from survivors like Virginia Giuffre and others, and investigations have linked the property to allegations of sexual abuse and trafficking of minors during the 1990s–2000s, including abuse occurring there as part of Epstein’s broader network.
