These emails contain unverified allegations that Bill Gates engaged in extramarital sexual encounters with “Russian girls,” resulting in him contracting a sexually transmitted disease (STD). Epstein claimed he assisted Gates by helping obtain drugs (specifically antibiotics) to address the consequences of these alleged encounters.
