Carrie Prejean Boller Challenges Antisemitism Definitions at Hearing
Carrie Prejean calls out Zionists at the White House’s Religious Liberties Commission.
Carrie Prejean Boller, born Caroline Michelle Prejean in 1987 in San Diego, California, first gained national attention as Miss California USA 2009 and first runner-up at Miss USA, where her answer defending traditional marriage during a question on same-sex marriage sparked widespread controversy and led to her eventual dethroning amid media scrutiny and leaked photos.
She stood firm in her evangelical Christian beliefs at the time, later authoring the memoir Still Standing: The Untold Story of My Fight Against Gossip, Hate, and Political Attacks (2009), marrying former NFL quarterback Kyle Boller in 2010, and raising two children while evolving in her faith journey, including converting to Catholicism.
Today, as a conservative advocate, author, and Trump supporter, she serves as a commissioner on the White House Religious Liberty Commission, where she notably participated in the February 9, 2026, hearing on antisemitism, sparking tense exchanges by questioning witnesses on whether criticism of Israel, opposition to Zionism, or concerns over Gaza made her antisemite?
“As a Catholic I don’t agree the modern state of Israel has any biblical prophecy.”
“Catholics do not embrace zionism, are we all antisemites?”
The committee said yes, but was also confused and thrown off guard!
